This album was recorded over the course of a few months right before the summer storms of 2011. It was recorded in a basement near Chicago on a cell phone and was not meant to become anything more than a bunch of friends having fun with music.

We decided to release it on here because there’s something special about it and we wanted to share it with the world. Underneath the lofi roughness is a spirit of freedom and joy that could be the rough start of an exciting new direction for music.

This album is very rough, very strange, and all over the place. It's something to listen to when your mind is fuzzy and you want to make it fuzzier. Don't expect pop hooks or resolutions... some of these songs fall apart and some fall together.

It’s best to listen to the whole thing from start to finish. It’s more of a vibe than a composition
